Its with great pleasure that we can announce the re-opening of the Clubhouse on Saturday 4th July but with some restrictions to comply with Government conditions
Our maintain objective is to ensure the safety of both Staff and Members and we ask you all to help us by adhering to the policy and following instructions from staff members who are there to keep us all safe
Please maintain social distancing at all times.
Everyone must sanitize hands before entering the club
One way system in place to prevent any crowded areas.
Members and Visitors will enter the bar area via the fire exit close to the kitchen and leave via the normal bar entrance close to the 4th tee.This one-way system will be in operation to avoid unnecessary contacts or pinch points. Customers sitting close to the main entrance will be requested to go outside and re-enter the building via the fire exit to queue.
Table service only with drinks will to be ordered and served to each table and during busy times a maximum of 2 hours per table but if no other members waiting for tables times will be extended
On ordering the drinks the customer will provide names of those in their group. Telephone numbers will not be required as they will be available from the Club Manager/Secretary. The names and dates will be kept in a secure area by the Steward or Stewardess. After 21 days the list of names will be destroyed by the Steward/Stewardess
A screen has been erected at the bar area to minimize close contact risk with the customers.
All glasses will either be collected by bar staff or customers will be requested to place them on the table near to the service hatch.
Please enter toilets via Locker Rooms.
No Smoking by or near Foyer area, Smoking area at rear of building adjacent to locker rooms.
During this period of change please please adhere to the policy to make it stress free for all
