Hi All

The last game of the Avon league season was played at home today against Rugby (where both clubs have played each other in some form for 127 years, possibly the longest in the world ). We secured a 4/2 win but fell short by 2 points on becoming runners up. The true winners was golf itself with all the matches being played in the spirt we all aspire to. Thanks to all who have played in the Avon league for Atherstone Golf club its very much appreciated. 1 person who sits in the background is Marc Walker without out him the league just wouldn't happen he does so much to organise 11 clubs its unbelievable, a absolute massive thank you from me and the team.
