Sad passing of Phil Rowlands
Its with great sadness to inform you that long serving member Mr Phil Rowlands (the judge) passed away yesterday evening after a long battle against cancer. We send our condolences to wife Jane, family and friends. I will inform members of Phil's funeral when arrangements have been made.
New Head Green Keeper appointment
Its give us great pleasure to announce the appointment of new Head Green Keeper Mr Jonathan Merchant.
Jonathan comes with over 30 years of experience in greenkeeping and will leave his current role as deputy head green keeper at Willersey Park Golf Club to join us within the next few weeks. The board are excited that Jonathan will be joining us and look forward to seeing the Golf Course continue to improve under his leadership assured him he has the full backing of the Board and members of the club. He will also be in charge of recruiting a further assistant green keeper to join the team ready for the busy season ahead.

11TH HOLE NO LONGER ANY INTERNAL OUT OF BOUNDS
Just to make you aware that there is no longer any internal out of bounds to the while playing the 11th hole. So to keep it simple, The ditch and ditch only will be classed has a penalty area. All other areas are in play so if you can't find your ball it must be classed as lost ball.
