Over or beyond lateral water hazards alongside the 3rd fairway
General
A ball lying close to a telegraph pole or similar, where there is interference with the stance or intended swing may be dropped without penalty. Rule 24-2.
A ball striking overhead wires must be played again without penalty.
Stones in bunkers may be removed without penalty.

Artificial roads, paths, are to be considered obstructions. Rule 24
Ball coming to rest on the following, may be dropped, no nearer the hole, without penalty: tractor marks, re seeded divots holes.
A ball lying on the track left of the 18th fairway, may be lifted and dropped the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, under penalty of one shot.
A ball lying close to a staked, tagged, tied or newly planted tree, where there is interference with the stance, or intended swing, must be lifted and dropped, without penalty in accordance with procedure prescribed in .Rule 24-2
Water hazards, yellow stakes and lateral water hazards. Red stakes. Rule 26 applies.
